Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Advertising Strategist is responsible for executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple business units and audiences. Our marketing department is organized around 4 main functions: Program Management, Earned Media, Owned Media, and Paid Media. The Digital Advertising Strategist will be an integral part of the Paid Media Team and will help lay strong foundations for our company's growth.
This is an opportunity for a candidate with strong analytical and technical skills to strategize end-to-end campaign management to fuel massive KPI growth. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest and curiosity in agriculture, finance, and technology, and is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Core Responsibilities:
You will run profitable campaigns that lead to a return on ad spend and lower customer acquisition costs
You will test, analyze, and leverage advertising channels, messaging, creative and campaign structures to activate users along the customer journey
You will prioritize effectively to manage multiple simultaneous efforts across the digital advertising spectrum
You will strategize end-to-end campaign management including tracking, customer and competitor research, design concepts, tests, reporting, and ongoing campaign optimization
You will maintain healthy target costs for acquisition across all channels
You will provide reporting and visibility into the performance of ad campaigns
You will identify additional levers to fuel KPI growth to meet and exceed business goals
Key Competencies:
You have 2+ years of experience as a growth marketer or digital advertiser with thorough experience analyzing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads
You have 2+ years of experience managing large, enterprise-level advertising budgets
You have previous marketing experience in finance, investing, agriculture, or similar
You have an intermediate to advanced data analytics skillset with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Google Data Studio, SEMRush, Google Sheets, and HubSpot reporting
You have experience in copywriting and testing to promote and prompt action
You possess an understanding of the elements of conversion rate optimization and previous work experience optimizing on-page conversion rates to improve overall campaign performance
You have experience managing complex automation workflows for data hygiene, email execution, task creation, list management, and more
