We are searching for a motivated Corporate FP&A Intern to join our team for an 8-week summer internship position.

Working with the Finance & Accounting teams, the FP&A Intern will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations & Marketing while building out impactful financial reports. This role will be responsible for supply and demand forecasting, month-end close and reporting as well as creating weekly scorecards for AcreTrader. This is an opportunity for a collaborative and communicative candidate with a passion for learning to develop their skills alongside a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest and curiosity in agriculture, finance, and technology, and is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
You will help develop the supply/demand forecast process
You will assist the Senior Manager of FP&A in the monthly financial forecasting process
You will provide the monthly financial variance analysis to senior leadership
You will analyze historical trends in Excel
You will partner with Operations and Marketing to develop forecast assumptions, build and utilize financial models
You will offer and receive consistent feedback
You have completed 2+ years of a Business or Finance degree
You are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
You have a working knowledge of Trend Analysis, Financial Statements, and Financial Models
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly
You are available to work onsite in Fayetteville, AR
You are available to work 15-25 hours per week from June 5, 2023 - July 28, 2023
