Sales Intern

We are searching for a skilled Sales Intern to join our team for an 8-week summer internship position.

Working with the Acres Business Development team, the Sales Intern will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience collaborating on a new SaaS sales team with an innovative and exciting product. Acres is the most accurate, comprehensive, and usable farmland analytical tool available today, allowing users to gain valuable insights about their land, generate powerful reports, and uncover land values year after year. This role will be responsible for lead generation and qualifying, organizing and offering support to our customers, and analyzing data to direct focus. This is an opportunity for a collaborative and communicative candidate with a passion for learning to develop their skills alongside a dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest and curiosity in agriculture, finance, and technology, and is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced high-growth environment. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will manage lead generation and lead qualifying of potential customers

  • You will coordinate and organize support tickets from existing customers

  • You will review user analytics to discover gaps in feature adoption 

  • You will become familiar with the full sales cycle from beginning to end

  • You will work collaboratively with multiple teams

  • You will offer and receive consistent feedback

Key Competencies:

  • You are projected to graduate in May or December 2023  with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or similar

  • You have a working knowledge of Hubspot 

  • You have a working knowledge of Amplitude

  • You have experience in Sales or a desire to learn

  • You are available to work onsite in Fayetteville, AR

  • You are available to work 15 hours per week from June 5, 2023 - July 28, 2023
